Rotation Plan Explained:

All Eagles Team members are required to join our group marketing co-op, "The Soaring Eagles". Soaring Eagles membership is a primary source of funding our advertising campaigns, and providing team members with additional benefits to achieve higher income potentials.


The Soaring Eagles Team Membership Dues:

Each team member contributes dues of $50.00 per month toward the marketing fund. Contributions are made on a prepaid, quarterly basis through PayPal. A steady flow of marketing funds is vital to the growth and expansion of the group. Marketing consists of the cost of recruiting new members, attracting DubLi shoppers, and the maintenance of the Eagle Teams 20 plus web sites. 100% of all contributions are used for marketing. Quarterly statements are available to all members.

Members are free to opt-out of the Membership Dues when they have received all the customers they need to deplete their customer acquisition credits.


Customer Rotation Explained

Each Eagle member is assigned a team number as they join us. This is called their "rotation number". As we capture each new registration from our Customer Capture sites (see www.PowerShoppersOnly.com) we assign that new customer to the next Eagle Member in rotation such that over a short time each member receives a new customer before the rotation starts over again with team member #1 through team member #500 and beyond.

To automatically receive customers each member must have Lariat's Cinch and Connect installed on their desktops. This allows our systems to automatically assign new registrants (customers) to each team member without their personal intervention. The Eagles have totally automated the process of capturing REAL SHOPPERS and assigning them to our membership on an equal, rotational basis.


Customer Capture Explained

The most important goal of every DubLi Associate is to CAPTURE CUSTOMERS. These are not your Mom and Dan or friends and neighbors. They aren't real Internet Power Shoppers. In order to be successful you need to start your customer base with REAL shoppers, not registrations. This is the difference between great success and disappointment - starting with the right customers. The Eagles are expert at attracting qualified shoppers for our membership. We employ 30-second radio ads across America, heavy Internet ads and banners, the PowerShoppers Blog, and other high-visibility promotions to draw the "right" customers to us.

All our promotions point prospects to www.PowerShoppersOnly.com, one of our primary collections sites. Simply by entering their email address we are able to assign that customer to one of our members, check to make certain the customer is not already registered to DubLi.com, and then bring them to DubLi's Registration page, all in the blink of an eye. To the consumer this is a seamless and instant process.


Credits versus No Credits

"Registration does not a customer make". Credits are our most valuable possession and should be given out only to qualified (or suspected) Internet shoppers. Giving Credits to just anyone is a complete waste of this valuable resource. The Eagles believe giving Credits up front to create customers sends the wrong signal and attracts mostly the curious and tire-kickers. Real shoppers do not need this incentive to shop for deals. To them, its about finding a spot where they get a better deal, not a free offer.

Our campaigns are focused on creating excitement for DubLi by promoting them along with eBay and Amazon "in the same breath". Our objective is to attract only power shoppers, estimated to be 5 million eBay/Amazon shoppers. 50% of our promotions offer free Credits only after the customer has purchased at least $8 in Credits.
